I cannot say enough wonderful things about Citrus Heights Dental! I was in need of an emergency dental appointment and, even though I was a new patient, they were able to get me in quickly. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout my treatment. I ended up having two extractions, a root canal with a crown, and a bone graft, and I am honestly amazed by the level of care and attention to detail I received through every step of the process. Dental work can be stressful and intimidating, especially when you’re dealing with pain, but the staff made me feel comfortable and kept me informed about what they were doing and what to expect. The treatment was done exceptionally well, and I am so happy with the results. I especially appreciate how accommodating they were when I needed emergency care. They didn’t make me feel like “just another patient”. They truly took the time to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. If you’re looking for a dental office that is compassionate, professional, thorough, and genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Citrus Heights Dental. I’m so grateful I found them!

I really love the friendly atmosphere of the office. The people who work there are warm and friendly, and truly try to make you feel welcome. The only negative I have, and this goes for every dental office I have encountered since moving here from Michigan a few years ago, is that I find that I am having to compare dental procedures that the professionals say I need here, with my previous dentist back in Michigan. On more than one occasion, I have paid for dental treatment that I feel I didn't need. Not from Citrus Dental, but from a few others here in Sacramento county. I have found that Citrus Dental seems to care about the patient's needs and not there just to make money from you, ( which as I've said previously was the vibe I was getting from the other dental offices I visited before I settled on Citrus Dental).

They are actually my heroes and I have moved now 2 hours away from them and I still go to them that's how comfortable easy-going they are I've never had a problem with any of the staff always happy always helpful
